Nursery Photography FAQs

Q. Your order sheet doesn’t have a particular size I require. Can you print other sizes?

A. Yes we can. We don’t put every size possible down otherwise our order form would be as thick as a book! We can pretty much print any size you require – please call the office for a quote.

Q. How long do you keep images for after the photo shoot?

A. We back up every photo shoot we do so you can always order extra prints, even in years to come.

Q. Some photographers aren’t CRB checked. Are yours?

A. Yes, every photographer we employ is CRB checked to the highest standard.

Q. Some of the kids at my group are wary of men. Do you have male and female photographers?

A. Yes. We can cater for everyone’s requirement.

Q. There seems to be some blemishes on my child. Can this be edited?

A. Yes – If there is something you would like changed, please call our office to discuss this.

Q. Who owns the copyright to my images?

A. Concept photography owns the copyright to all images taken at our photo shoots. However, we always ask permission if we wish to use anyone’s image for advertising or display purposes.

Q. Can you print on canvas?

A. Yes we can do any size so please call for prices.

Q. I like the look of special offer 1 on my proof sheet. Unfortunately I have more than one proof sheet. What can I do?

A. If you wish to spread offer 1 over more than one sheet the price is £55. PLEASE NOTE if you had a photography shoot at a softplay centre the price is £85.

Q. Can we bring siblings along to have photos with our child who attends nursery?

A. Of course, the more the merrier! Please speak to your group to organize this.

Q. Once I have bought my CD am I able to make full use of the images?

A. Yes, we provide a copyright release form with the CD. This allows you to upload the images on to social networking sites and have them printed by any High Street shop or online site offering this service.

Q. What size am I able to print up to from the images included on my CD?

A. Printing images up to 16" x 12" is fine however any larger than this will result in pixilation.

Q. I think I have missed my deadline date for handing in my proof sheet. Can I still order prints from you?

A. Of course, just fill out your proof sheet as normal and send it directly to us. Please add £4 to your order for post and packaging.

Q. I would like to have my child’s photo taken at nursery. Am I under any obligation to buy from you?

A. Absolutely not! In the unlikely event you don’t like the images we have produced for you just hand your proof sheet back to your group.

Q. Do you just do photo shoots at nurseries?

A. No, we do pre-schools, mother & toddler groups, softplay centres - All kinds of different groups! Please call to find out if we can do your group.

Studio Photography FAQs 

Q. Do we get to see the images after our shoot or do we need to make another trip to the studio?

A. You get to view your images approximately half an hour after your shoot, so no second trips!

Q. Can i bring my pets along?

A. Certainly - We cater for any pets.

Q. Are you able to park nearby?

A. Yes - We have ample parking next to our studio.

Q. Are you one of these photographic companies who just sell expensive frames?

A. No. We sell prints, frames or your shoot on a CD.
